Please be aware that the Vegetable Chopper comes with 2 different sized dicing blades which is very sharp. One blades cuts ½’ squares, and the other cuts ¼ squares of vegetable such as carrots and onions.  Please be careful before you install and change the squares blades. I used this Vegetable Chopper to cut tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and cucumbers. The Chopper worked great for making tacos and spaghetti because the dicing speeds get the job done faster and more efficient. Just remember, to keep the blades sharps and last longer, you can pre- cut some hard to cut Vegetables such as carrots or potatoes. The blades will last longer if you used it correctly.  I really like the Safe to use feature when the top lid is closed, the blades is covered and protected, so you don’t have to worry about any fruits and vegetables spilling on the ground. If you have your own food business or food truck, I must say that you might want to get this amazing cooking tool. It will save you a lot of time for food prep time and it will provide quick and simple to easy to use design. But you must be very safe with using the cutting blades, be careful to not put your finger and anything that can cause injuries to you. Because the blades are super sharp and very effective tool to have in any kitchen. Also, I recommend you clean this product with dawn dish soap and make sure you used the water spray to clean off the cutting blades. Please be safe when cleaning the blades.
