If you are looking for a budget Mobile Scanner, I give you the Top-Rated choice the “Brother DS 620 Mobile Scanner”. This lightweight powerful scanner can fit anywhere you need to go. It’s great for small businesses or even personal home use. I purchase this scanner because I needed to copy and scan multiple pages to create PDF files, and they work great! It is easy to operate and only powered with a USB connection. No wall outlet is required for this scanner. This Mobile scanner is perfect for scanning photos, ID cards, business documents, laminated IDs, and much more.



The Performance of this scanner is great, the scanner can scan 8 pages per minutes in color black or white. The Contract and Brightness can be adjusted to optimize the scans of your need. It can scan at up to 1200 x 1200 dpi enhanced resolution and 600 x 600 dpi (optical). The scanner works with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems. The Scanner can send File, Image, email, FTP, Shared Folder, and Print Option. For example, I used the Print Option to scan one of my old family photos, and the print quality came out very good. It works great just like one of those more expensive scanners on the market today. This is a budget friendly scanner; I purchase this scanner on Amazon for under $110 dollars. And it is well worth the price!



The only disadvantage of the Brother DS Mobile DS-620 is this model doesn’t scan Two-sided (duplex) scanning. But you can always upgrade to the Brother DS Mobile DS-720D. Which is only about $20 dollars more depending on your budget and needs. Also, the placement of the power cord should have been place in another location. But it didn’t affect the outcome or any scan or prints option. Please make sure you align the paper in correctly, sometimes it tends to slightly turn to a different angle if you’re not paying attention. Otherwise, It’s a great little machine.
